CRIPFCnt ("we", "us", "our") is an educational service that lets parents, teachers and students take quizzes, track learning progress, and complete the 8 Quotients Test. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the CRIPFCnt mobile app and the website at cripfcnt.com.

Information we collect

• Account information - the name you provide and, if you add one, an email address. These identify your account and let you sign in across devices.
• Learner information - for children a parent or teacher adds, we store the child's name, grade, a generated username, and their quiz activity (attempts, scores, progress, and knowledge-map data). This is used to show learning progress to the responsible parent or teacher.
• Usage and device information - basic technical information needed to run the service reliably, such as app version and sync status.
• Payment information - subscription payments are processed by our payment provider (Paynow / EcoCash). We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded; we do not collect or store your mobile-money PIN or full payment credentials.

How we use information

• To provide the core features: accounts, quizzes, progress tracking and the knowledge map.
• To let a parent or teacher manage and view their learners' activity.
• To enable sign-in on a learner's own device using credentials set by their parent or teacher.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to provide support.

Children's data

CRIPFCnt is designed to be set up and managed by a responsible adult (a parent or teacher). Learner profiles are created by that adult, who controls the child's account and can update or remove it. We collect only the information needed to deliver quizzes and show progress, and we do not use children's information for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate CRIPFCnt (for example, hosting and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and learner information for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact details below, after which we remove it except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure storage of credentials, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correct, or delete your account information.
• Remove a learner profile you manage.
• Request a copy of the data associated with your account.
